Background
Michael Amato, a lifelong resident of Jersey City and a respected New York talent agent, is not only known in his community for his accomplishments in the entertainment industry, but also for being so caring of pets. The stray cats and dogs are great fans of Michael Amato. Every morning they await Michael to make his daily rounds all over Jersey City providing food and water to the homeless pets. After work the strays are once again on the look out for Amato who will provide them with their evening meal. What would these homelss pets do without Michael's generosity?
That is the very question Michael has asked himself many times and this is why he is actively looking to assist organizations whom also care for homeless pets.
Michael Amato has been honored by Former Jersey City Mayor, Bret Schundler, for his accomplishments in assisting the homeless pets of Jersey City. Michael has also been featured in several newspaper and magazine articles in reference to his love for animals. The Jersey City Police Department has also recognized Michael for his great contributions to the community.
Michael's dream is that one day in the near future there will no longer be any homeless dogs or cats anywhere in the country. Until this day comes Michael will continue to help the homeless pets and support the organizations that help them.
